We faced several major issues during our stay. The elevators were mostly out of order, making it a nightmare especially since the resort is on steep hills. The wifi was unreliable, causing frustration throughout our time there. while I was in a so-called 'luxury' room, the standard room my parents stayed in was shockingly small and the air conditioning was disturbingly loud.

We had a large family room that, while smaller than expected, allowed for some lovely family time. The staff's attentiveness really stood out, especially the entertainment team who were great with the kids.

We had great views from our room. The pool area was massive and totally stunning, making it a perfect hangout spot. The waitstaff were super friendly, especially Remzi, who always had a smile. The food was yummy, especially at the snack bar, but the wifi was a bit spotty at times.

I almost woudl've given a good review! But, the breakfast was absolutely horrendous, same old thing every day. The walls were so thin, I could hear everything! I also expected a room upgrade as compensation for my excruciating experience, but no one even bothered. How disappointing.

The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the stunning views from our Double or Twin Room with Balcony with Partial Sea View added a magical touch to our stay. The food was fresh with plenty of choices, catering to both adults and kids. this hotel is a gem for family vacations.
